VUT online registration dates 2023-2024

The management of the Vaal University of Technology (VUT) has opened the student registration portal for fresh and continuing students to register their courses for the semester both at the diploma, undergraduate, and postgraduate levels. Specific dates and deadlines have been set for the registration as well as the closure of the registration portal. It is advisable to register early in order not to lose your studentship at VUT as late registration would not be permitted.

The registration deadline or closing date is always a registration submission timeline that is set by the institution for registering courses and modules for the semester. South African schools (Universities and colleges) usually have their submission deadline within 2 weeks to 1 month after the student registration portal is opened.

Documents You Need To Apply

• A valid email address
• A valid cellphone number
• South African applicants will need an ID number.  Foreign applicants will need their passport numbers.
• Copy of your school qualifications (eg Senior Certificate)
• Note: If you are a new applicant please continue with your application, A non-refundable Administration fee of R100.00 for application, and certified copies of your identity/passport document, Senior Certificate/National Senior Certificate, Proof of Payment for Administration fee and all other relevant documents must accompany this application The Administration fee can be deposited beforehand at ABSA BANK ACCOUNT NUMBER: 530861945, Branch code: 632005
• In the Reference column, please fill in your Identity(ID) Number. NB: Do not use this account number for any further payments.

How to Apply VUT Online 2023-2024

All applications for admission must be submitted online during the prescribed application period.

1. Goto the VUT Online Application Portal at – https://ienabler.vut.ac.za/pls/prodi03/w99pkg.mi_login
2. Apply, Register, Change personal information, get academic and other information and make payments.
3. Under the “Prospective Students” section, click the New Application link if you want to Apply, Register, Change personal information, get academic and other information and make payments.
4. Do you already have a student number?, select with Yes or No.
5. If you are returning to complete the application, select Yes or No
6. Read the applicable terms and conditions and accept it or not.
7. Next, fill in the needed Biographical details and other information.
8. VUT registration dates 2023-2024

• First-year registrations for all faculties commence on 24 January 2023 and end on 29 January 2023;
• Returning student registrations for all faculties will commence on 27 January 2023 and will end on 5 February 2023;
• Classes will commence on 7 February 2023.
