UFS Online application requirements 2023-2024

Important online registration dates:

10-31 January 2023: Online registration for senior students (Faculty of Health Sciences only)
17 January-18 February 2023: Online academic advice and online registration for senior students
31 January 2023: Lectures start for honours students (except if communicated differently)
31 January-18 February 2023: Online registration first-year students (Faculty of Health Sciences only)
1 – 18 February 2023: Online academic advice and online registration for first-year students
21 February 2023: Classes start

UFS Online application requirements 2023-2024

Your eligibility for admission will only be assessed once your certified academic transcripts (which must have been translated into English), a completed UFS application form, and a certified copy of your passport have been received. Applications can now be completed online. Visit our website www.ufs.ac.za, click on the Student tab, and then click on UFS Application forms, or contact applications@ufs.ac.za.

Submit the following:

The completed and signed application form.
Certified copies of relevant academic results/transcripts/information in English.
Two passport photographs of yourself.
Proof of deposit of the non-refundable application fee (refer to the application form for the amount).
Certified copy of passport.
SAQA/USAf verification document.
