Your application will be considered upon receipt of this application form, including all the supplementary documentation required, plus a non-refundable application fee of R500 for national applicants (within South Africa) and a non-refundable application fee of R1000 for international applicants. If you wish to pay the application fee by direct deposit or electronic transfer, please refer to page 5 for our banking details. In such cases, a copy of the deposit transfer confirmation must be attached to the application. International applicants must cover bank charges incurred during
international transfers and a net amount of ZAR1000 must reach Stenden South Africa.

• You have an NSC or NCV with an endorsement that allows entrance to degree studies (Bachelor’s degree) or an equivalent qualification.
• You meet all the minimum admission requirements for the program you intend to study. Meeting the minimum admission requirements for your chosen/intended program of study does not guarantee admission, as limited spaces are available in each program.
• You have a minimum level of 4 (50%) in the chosen UFS language of instruction: English or Afrikaans (only applicable to certain programs).
• You must pass certain school subjects with a minimum level of achievement in order to take a certain university module. Please refer to the section on the faculty-specific admission requirements, which also includes the respective compulsory subjects and achievement levels required per program.

Stenden University South Africa Application Necessary Documents for 2023

The Stenden University South Africa will require the following documents from you. they include:

• Your ID if you are a South African citizen
• Your passport if you are an international student
• Your parent’s ID or passport if you are younger than 18
• National Senior Certificate if you already matriculated
• Your final Grade 11 results with the school’s stamp
• Grade 12 June results with the school’s stamp as soon as it becomes available. It can also be emailed to studentadmin@ufs.ac.za, especially if you have applied for a selection program
• Your academic record, only if you are a current student at another institution of higher learning
• USAf accreditation from the examination board for South African universities. Apply to mb.usaf.ac.za for conditional exemption, foreign conditional exemption, or mature age conditional exemption.
