The Shingwedzi Tvet College campus is one of the most recent to open. It’s in the Malamulele neighborhood, where Shingwedzi College of Education used to be. It was only launched on December 9th, 2016 by Dr. B. Nzimande. The name Shingwedzi Campus was given to the campus.

Shingwedzi Tvet College is a reformist TVET college with well-defined frameworks and activities that effectively promote teaching and learning. The institution has produced noteworthy persons in numerous fields of trade during its 55 years of existence. The school has significantly more carefully chosen understudies than its buddies in general due to the incomprehensibility of the space

It later aided in the founding of Mavhoi Technical College in 1983 and provided some of the staff with opportunities to showcase their skills at the newly founded college. In 2002, the institution established a new technical college in Mashamba, which became fully functioning once the technical colleges were merged.

The Shingwedzi Tvet College campus was the region’s first technical college, having opened in 1963. It has undergone a number of changes since then, particularly in terms of how it handles the capacities of South Africans. Vocational College of Venda, Finyazwanda and Technical College of Venda have all been used as titles for the institution.
