The management of the Qualitas Career Academy has opened the student registration portal for fresh and continuing students to register their courses for the semester both at the diploma, undergraduate and postgraduate level. Specific dates and deadlines have been set for the registration as well as the closure of the registration portal. It is advisable to register early in order not to lose your studentship at Qualitas Career Academy as late registration would not be permitted.

The registration deadline or closing date is always a registration submission timeline that is set by the institution for registering courses and modules for the semester. South African schools (Universities and colleges) usually have their submission deadline within 2 weeks to 1 month after the student registration portal is opened.

The Qualitas Career Academy Admission Registration Closing Date 2023 has been scheduled as follows:-

QCA Applications for Undergraduates will close at the End of September 2023 and Postgraduate Applications will close on 13 November 2023.

Undergraduate qualifications (higher certificates, diplomas & degrees, advanced certificates, advanced diplomas, BTechs & postgraduate certificates):

• New and currently returning students (for qualifications with semester modules): 9 – 26 June 2023
• New students for undersubscribed qualifications in CAES & CSET: 9 June – 05 August 2023
• Students awaiting results for semester 1 and additions: 9 June – 05 August 2023

Qualitas Career Academy Necessary Documents for Registration

The Qualitas Career Academy will require the following documents from you. they include:

• Your ID if you are a South African citizen
• Your passport if you are an international student
• Your parent’s ID or passport if you are younger than 18
• National Senior Certificate if you already matriculated
• Your final Grade 11 results with the school’s stamp
• Grade 12 June results with the school’s stamp as soon as it becomes available. It can also be emailed to studentadmin@ufs.ac.za, especially if you have applied for a selection program
• Your academic record, only if you are a current student at another institution of higher learning
• USAF accreditation from the examination board for South African universities. Apply to mb.usaf.ac.za for conditional exemption, foreign conditional exemption, or mature age conditional exemption.
