ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
Applicants must meet the following minimum admission criteria before applying (note that if you do not meet all the requirements, your application will not be considered):
- South African citizens
- Black students (African / Colored / Chinese / India)
- Full enrollment OR currently studying or planning to study actuarial science qualifications at Matric
- Studying or planning to study at one of the following higher education institutions: University of Cape Town, University of the Witwatersrand, University of Pretoria or Stellen Bosch University
- Achieve the minimum grade of An in Mathematics (non-mathematical literacy)
- Has achieved the minimum grade of B in other Matric subjects
Students must also possess the following personal attributes:
- Always up for a challenge
- Strong mathematical skills
- Dedicated and self-motivated
- Good communication skills

You may be required to submit clear copies of the following supporting documentation along with your application (the submission of these documents is compulsory – if any items are missing, your application be disregarded):
- ID document (certified copy of)
- Grade 11 final results, if currently in Matric
- Matric certificate/ final results, if completed Matric or currently at University
