Old Mutual Bursaries Requirements for Applicants
Matric students intending to study for a diploma:
- South African citizens
- Currently in Matric or have completed Matric
- Strong academic potential
- Intending to study full-time to obtain a diploma
- Intending to study at a recognized public university in South Africa
- Meeting the minimum requirement GPA Matric 50%
- English HL at least 60% or English FAL 70% Matric
- Mathematics (non-mathematics literacy) at least 70%
- Participate in school courses (Kutlwanong Promaths, life mathematics, coding plan, TRAC, Protect, etc.)
Students must also possess the following personal attributes:
- Always up for a challenge
- Strong mathematical skills
- Dedicated and self-motivated
- Good communication skills
