Guidelines for accrediting private student accommodation providers and payments to accredited providers

The purpose of the guideline is to provide clarity, equal opportunity and consistent treatment, of all the service providers of privately owned accommodation facilities across all three campuses of the North-West University and to ensure that the university addresses the critical areas of risk associated with the provision of accommodation. Complaints Register for Accredited Student Accommodation

The Complaints Register will be summarised weekly on a Friday, after 17h00. The nature of the complaints and the specific accommodation facilities will be identified and the necessary actions will be effected in the following week.
