Inscape Design College registration dates 2023-2024

The management of the Inscape Design College has opened the student registration portal for fresh and continuing students to register their courses for the semester both at the diploma, undergraduate and postgraduate level. Specific dates and deadlines have been set for the registration as well as the closure of the registration portal. It is advisable to register early in order not to lose your studentship at CUT as late registration would not be permitted.

The registration deadline or closing date is always a registration submission tieline that is set by the institution for registering courses and modules for the semester. South African schools (Universities and colleges) usually have their submission deadline within 2 weeks to 1 month after the student registration portal is opened.

Inscape Design College registration dates 2023-2024

The Inscape Design College Online Application for 2023 is open from 1 July to 30 November 2023. Therefore we encourage prospective students to apply online via application form (Hard-Copy) early as possible for the 2023 academic year. The Inscape Design College Application Portal is expected to shut down on the same date at 11:59 PM.

Inscape Design College Necessary Documents for Registration

The Inscape Design College will require the following documents from you. they include:

• Your ID if you are a South African citizen
• Your passport if you are an international student
• Your parent’s ID or passport if you are younger than 18
• National Senior Certificate if you already matriculated
• Your final Grade 11 results with the school’s stamp
• Grade 12 June results with the school’s stamp as soon as it becomes available. It can also be emailed to studentadmin@ufs.ac.za, especially if you have applied for a selection program
• Your academic record, only if you are a current student at another institution of higher learning
• USAF accreditation from the examination board for South African universities. Apply to mb.usaf.ac.za for conditional exemption, foreign conditional exemption, or mature age conditional exemption.

Online Registration Procedure

Step 1. Collect your username and password from your College/Institution registrar’s office.

Step 2. Begin by logging into the portal with your Username (ID No.) and password.

Step 3. Click on Registration ——> Course Registration ——> Please complete your profile before registration!!

• upload your passport size photograph

Click on Submit.

Step 4. Fill in the cost-sharing information ——> Click on Submit.

Step 5. Select Courses ——> Click on Submit. You will receive a confirmation notice immediately.

Step 6. Click on Logout to close the application.
