How to Apply Varsity College online 2023-2024

IIE Varsity College application process, and requirements for admission into graduate, Undergraduate Degree, Diploma Programmes, and Postgraduate for the 2023/2024 academic year. Authorities of the IIE Varsity College invite applications from suitably qualified candidates who are high school leavers, non-school leavers, and graduates from recognized institutions for admission into the various Postgraduate programs offered by the institution for the 2023/2024 academic session on a full-time and Part-Time basis. Applications are humbly invited from suitably qualified candidates.

Varsity College Online Application 2023-2024; Application Open and closing Date

The Varsity College Online Application is open from 1 July to 30 November. Therefore Varsity College encourages prospective students to apply online via application form (Hard-Copy) early as possible for the 2023 academic year.

Requirements needed before applying to Varsity College

• You have an NSC or NCV with an endorsement that allows entrance to degree studies (Bachelor’s degree) or an equivalent qualification.
• You meet all the minimum admission requirements for the program you intend to study. Meeting the minimum admission requirements for your chosen/intended program of study does not guarantee admission, as limited spaces are available in each program.
• You have a minimum level of 4 (50%) in the chosen UFS language of instruction: English or Afrikaans (only applicable to certain programs).
• You must pass certain school subjects with a minimum level of achievement in order to take a certain university module. Please refer to the section on the faculty-specific admission requirements, which also includes the respective compulsory subjects and achievement levels required per pro

Documents needed to apply for Varsity College

1. Certified copy of your ID/passport document (compulsory).
2. Certified Grade 11 end-of-year examination results or your National Senior/Matric/IEB Certificate (if you have already completed Grade 12).
3. Certified copies of your degree certificate(s) and academic record(s) (if you attended other universities).
4. Certified copy of your marriage certificate (if applicable).
5. Proof of non-refundable application fee payment of R200.00

How to Apply for Online Varsity College

The Varsity College has one online application portal for new applicants as well as returning students.

Things to note before applying with a hardcopy form:

1. There are two separate forms for undergraduate and postgraduate applicants.
2. The application fee for hardcopy applicants is R120.
3. For postgraduates, late applications will be accepted until 31 December and an application fee of R250 will be charged.
4. A certified copy of your requirements will need to be attached to your application.  This includes your deposit slip.
5. Need accommodation?  You will need to indicate if you do and complete the application for student accommodation.
