In the South African province of KwaZulu Natal, Esayidi TVET College Umzimkhulu campus offers Technical Vocational Education and Training. It serves as a significant engine of skill development in the municipalities of Esayidi (Port Shepstone), Hibiscus Coast, and Ugu.
The university has five campuses that help communities and the country progress by providing relevant, flexible, and affordable education and training in a healthy and safe environment.
Esayidi TVET College was established in 2003 by the merger of the previous Port Shepstone and Enyenyezi Technical Colleges.
Since then, Esayidi TVET College has expanded to encompass five main campuses in the Southern KZN region, as well as a number of Community Development Centers, with Kokstad Campus being one of them.
As part of its objective to become a world-class school, the college also awards bursaries to students, particularly those who are financially disadvantaged.
