Baptist Theological College of Southern Africa Online Application 2023-2024
The Baptist Theological College of Southern Africa, known to many as BTC, was established in 1951 as a ministerial training institution of the Baptist Union of Southern Africa. The College is an accredited higher education institution which seeks to equip believers for ministry and welcomes those who feel a call to Christian ministry from churches across multiple denominations.
The College’s campus and offices are located in Randburg, South Africa, yet it welcomes students from across the country and further afield in its offering of both contact and distance learning.
The College’s current Principal is Prof. ‘Piff’ G. C. Pereira who succeeded Prof. Martin Pohlmann who had served as the Principal for 14 years until 2017.

Application fee (new students only) and class fees are payable on registration.
All new applications must be accompanied by:
- Certified copy of latest school report/statement of results/Grade 12 or N3 certificate.
- Six certified copies of the ID of the Learner.
- Two certified copies of ID of Parent/Guardian.
- One ID size photo of Learner.
